Do your mobile phone or computer must be always connected to led sign ?

Mobile phone or computer do not need to be connected to led sign all the time. You do need to connect to led sign wifi only when you program led sign. After you finish programming led sign you can disconnect from led sign wifi and connect to your home or work wifi network.

Why you can't connect to led sign wifi signal?

Because working range depends on computer or mobile phone WiFi strength and obstacles between led sign and computer or mobile phone. Range of wifi can be from 10 to 3 feet .

What computer or mobile phone you can connect to led sign?

Led sign software can work with MS Windows computers and with Apple iPhone or Android mobile phones. Led sign software DO NOT work with Apple iMac , iMac pro or Apple laptops .
